We’re hiring! The Crawl Shield is currently looking for experienced Crawl Space Repair Installers, including Foreman, Co-Foreman, and Helpers to join our growing team. Requirements: Must pass a background and drug test, must have a valid ID (Driver’s License required for Foreman and Co-Foreman positions), experience in crawl space repair, encapsulation, or construction preferred Compensation: Hourly pay, plus install bonuses per job, and quarterly profit-sharing bonuses We currently do not offer benefits, but this is planned for 2026.
